Privacy Policy

Effective July 20, 2026. FLAHR LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, operates reelsimple.ai. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the service.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your email address; authentication and security events; billing details such as your selected plan, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, invoice and payment status, and transaction history; the topics, instructions, and edits you submit; generated scripts, audio, images, and videos; production history; credit records; support messages; and usage and technical data such as page actions, browser or device information, timestamps, network information, and diagnostic logs. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe rather than stored by reelsimple.ai.

How we use information

We use this information to create and deliver videos, authenticate accounts, maintain credits and transaction records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, provide support, understand product use, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with law, and act with consent where consent is required. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not use private projects for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We disclose information as needed to providers that support authentication, payments and subscription management, cloud hosting and private storage, workflow and compute infrastructure, analytics, customer support, and AI-assisted research, text, speech, and media generation. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy and security practices. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale. Providers process information under their own security and retention practices and, where applicable, contractual restrictions.

Storage and security

Authentication tokens are stored in your browser so you can remain signed in. Generated media is kept in private storage and delivered through authenticated or time-limited links. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Account content is generally retained while your account remains open. You can permanently delete your account from the Account page once no production is actively planning, queued, generating, or assembling. Deletion removes the account, projects, and stored media from active systems. We retain limited security, diagnostic, backup, and accounting records only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, service continuity, dispute handling, or legal obligations; backup copies expire through standard backup cycles. Anonymized information that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Your choices and rights

You can change your password, download a machine-readable copy of core account and project data, and delete your account from the Account page. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing; obtain a portable copy; withdraw consent; appeal a denied request; or complain to a data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

International processing

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are handled using appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

Children

The service is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new version date. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to privacy@reelsimple.ai.
