Terms of Service

Effective July 20, 2026. These Terms are an agreement between you and FLAHR LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company that operates reelsimple.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The service

reelsimple.ai provides AI-assisted research, scripting, narration, visual generation, captioning, and video assembly. Features may change as the product develops. AI-generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable, so you are responsible for reviewing every script and output before publishing or relying on it.

Your content

You retain any rights you have in topics, instructions, edits, and other material you submit. You give us a limited license to process that material only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use delivered outputs for your own lawful purposes.

Our service

FLAHR LLC and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, interfaces, branding, and other materials we provide, excluding your content and rights granted to you in delivered outputs. If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, targeted harassment, malware, or instructions for serious wrongdoing; bypass safety or access controls; overload the service; or resell access without written permission.

Credits and payments

Paid plans renew monthly at the price and applicable taxes shown in Stripe Checkout until canceled. You can schedule cancellation through the Account billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Deleting your account cancels active subscriptions immediately and ends access. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the checkout disclosures, applicable law, and any express agreement from us.

Each successful monthly subscription payment adds the finished-video seconds shown for that plan. While a subscription is active, you may also make one-time purchases of additional finished-video time at the rate shown for your current plan in Stripe Checkout. Paid seconds from plans and top-ups accumulate in your account until used and are not removed merely because you later cancel, but account deletion permanently ends access to any remaining balance. Social-account connections and publishing require an active subscription; when paid access ends, unpublished scheduled posts are canceled and connected social accounts are disconnected. Credits measure eligible finished-video runtime and are not money, property, or transferable value. The approval screen shows the planned reservation before generation, and reserved credits are released when production fails under the product rules shown at approval. A failed or unpaid renewal or top-up does not add time.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Their outages, moderation decisions, and processing limits can affect availability or output. Links and cited sources are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You may delete your account when no production is actively planning, queued, generating, or assembling. Account deletion ends access and permanently removes account content from active systems as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, illegal activity, material breach, or harm to the service or others.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that AI output will be accurate, unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, FLAHR LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights that applicable consumer law gives you, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be identified by a new version date and, where required, presented for acceptance. Questions can be sent to support@reelsimple.ai.
